We can provide advice on how to use flooring to best effect, to make events look bigger or more professional or to help individual stands to stand out from those around them.
All our flooring installations are expertly managed with a high level of service and product. Large ‘wall to wall’ installations are carpeted prior to the exhibition build-up.
A more traditional method of installation incorporates flooring being laid in two stages, exhibition stands first and then the aisles.
Our experienced fitters can lay flooring of any type in any area from small sections behind reception counters to large exhibition areas.

Detailed, clear and accurate floorplans are vital for any show or event. They are invaluable for event organisers and exhibitors, clearly illustrating where everything is located from specific exhibitor’s stands to cafes, toilets, electrics and emergency exits.
At Denbe Western, our team of skilled exhibition planners and team of in-house graphic designers produce exhibition floor plans, layouts and top quality visuals. We can turn any space into an accurate floor plan, whilst maximising space and directing the flow of traffic smoothly and safely. Venue layouts are available for all of the major exhibition and conference centres within the UK. If required, members of our experienced team will carry out detailed site surveys.
